According to the weekly analysis released by the Mato Grosso Institute of Agricultural Economics (Imea) this Monday (29), based on data from Conab, the sowing of the first 2025/26 corn crop in Brazil has reached 20.80% of the estimated area. The survey indicates that "the sowing presented a weekly advance of 6.10 percentage points," while compared to the same period of the 2024/25 crop, the work is 4.60 percentage points ahead and 2.60 points above the average of the last five crops.
