This year marks the 61st anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France. As domestic consumers' demand for imported red wine becomes increasingly diverse and quality requirements continue to rise, they have also put forward higher demands on the efficiency and convenience of wine import channels. Shenzhen Customs, leveraging the location and policy advantages of the Qianhai Comprehensive Bonded Zone, has opened up an efficient channel for the import of French red wine, enriching the choices on citizens' dining tables and injecting "customs momentum" into the deepening of trade between China and France. "Red wine storage requires extremely high temperature and humidity control. In Shenzhen's high temperature and high humidity climate, ordinary warehouses can hardly meet the long-term preservation needs," said Li Ke, a customs officer at Zhaoshang Bank International Cold Chain (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. "Our company, taking advantage of the policy benefits of the Qianhai Comprehensive Bonded Zone, has built a constant temperature warehouse equipped with a professional temperature control system, perfectly replicating the storage environment of the winery, ensuring that the rich aroma and flavor of each bottle of red wine can be delivered to consumers in its original state." Shenzhen Customs has demonstrated the advantages of the "bonded storage" model in the Qianhai Comprehensive Bonded Zone for cross-border e-commerce sellers on platforms such as Tmall International and JD International. After enterprises import red wine in bulk to the bonded zone and complete customs clearance, they can directly ship the goods according to consumer orders. Compared to the more than half a month lead time for overseas direct mail, this model not only ensures the traceability of genuine products but also achieves delivery within 3-7 days after ordering. At the same time, this customs office implements ledger management for cross-border e-commerce online purchases of bonded imported goods, opening a special electronic ledger for online bonded imports for warehousing enterprises, with dedicated accounts and dedicated management.
