Paraguay assumes for the second time the pro tempore presidency of the Veterinary Committee

Paraguay assumed for the second time the pro tempore presidency of the Permanent Veterinary Committee of the Southern Cone (CVP), within the framework of the IV Meeting, II Ordinary, corresponding to the closing of the fiscal year 2025. The meeting was held in our country and brought together the sanitary authorities of the region to evaluate the technical advances and define the lines of action for the next period. This was reported by the National Service of Quality and Animal Health (Senacsa), reaffirming the joint commitment to animal health and food safety in the Southern Cone. On the occasion, the president of the veterinary body, José Carlos Martin, was appointed to lead the organization for the fiscal year 2026.
