Paraná stabilizes soybean and corn planting after weeks of rain

The Agricultural Economic Report released this Thursday (27) by the Rural Economy Department (Deral), from the State Secretariat of Agriculture and Supply, points to an improvement in climatic conditions in Paraná. According to analysts, there has been an increase in temperatures, more frequent sunshine, and a reduction in rainfall, which creates a scenario "closer to ideal for the development of both soybean and corn crops." The first 2025/26 corn crop is already fully planted. A total of 339.8 thousand hectares have been planted, a volume 21% higher than the previous cycle. Of the total, 93% of the areas are in good condition, 6% are in fair condition, and 1% were evaluated as poor. For soybeans, the report states that 97% of the planned area has already been sown.
