According to Cepea researchers, this movement results from the devaluation of live chicken and the rise in prices of these inputs, which are essential in the production of broiler farming. In the partial data for November (up to the 26th), Cepea data show that live chicken is traded in the state of São Paulo at an average of R$ 6.10/kg, a 2.6% decrease compared to the previous month.
