The Jindo Branch of the Agricultural Cooperative (Branch Manager Hwang Ji-yeon) held a breakfast campaign in collaboration with the Jindo Office of Education and Jindo Elementary School last November 11th to celebrate Farmers' Day. The Agricultural Cooperative holds an annual event on November 11th, Farmers' Day and Rice Cake Day. This year, they distributed rice cakes and beverages to around 700 students, teachers, and staff members of Jindo Elementary School, emphasizing the importance of breakfast and the excellence of our rice. Notably, this event was part of the "Nongsim Cheonsim Movement." The "Nongsim Cheonsim Movement" is a nationwide campaign promoted by the Agricultural Cooperative, which embodies the philosophy that a farmer's heart is the will of heaven, with the goals of promoting rice consumption and contributing to the local community.
