By the end of next week, the "Agriculture" Fund (DAF) will disburse funds for the 10 tied support interventions for animals. The subsidies for the remaining pledged interventions under direct payments, for the less-favored areas, Natura 2000, agro-environmental and organic interventions will be transferred by December 20 this year. This was announced by the fund's executive director, Iva Ivanova, at the opening of the annual meeting of the National Association "United Agricultural Producers."
"So far, we have paid out nearly 2.4 billion leva for the year 2025 under all schemes and interventions. According to the indicative schedule for direct payments, this year we have set an extremely ambitious program, aiming to disburse funds for 25 interventions," Ivanova emphasized. She recalled that the first funds were again given to livestock farmers who applied for "Transitional National Aid for Cattle and/or Buffaloes, Not Tied to Production" (TNADC 1) and "Transitional National Aid for Sheep and/or Goats..."
