The new program period of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) is approaching, but the mood among fruit growers is not optimistic. "The next program period of the CAP is knocking on the door and not very optimistically," commented to Agri.BG Dimitrichka Tarpanava, Vice President of the Dobrudja Fruit Growers' Union (DFGU).
