VIMC and North Gulf Port Group sign strategic cooperation agreement

On November 26, in Hanoi, Minister of Construction Tran Hong Minh chaired a meeting and working session with Mr. Wei Tao, a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Deputy Secretary of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Party Committee, and Chairman of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China).
