They have experience exporting to Canada and Perú. The company wishes to expand to markets in the U.S.A. and Europe. The markets of these regions are highly developed but hard to penetrate.

The storage plants of the company are located in the production plant itself in Santiago, Chile. The final product is stored in a cool and dry place. It is ensured that the product is not exposed to direct sunlight. It is ensured that the final product is not exposed to temperatures higher than 45/50ºC, during its storage. The product is packed in bags of 20 kilograms or 25 kilograms. They are ready for shipment 15 days after the confirmation of the order. The preferred mode of shipment is through marine shipping and the nearest ports from the facility are Port San Antonio (88 minutes by road from production and storage) and Port Valparaiso (92 minutes by road from production and storage).

SPES Chile ensured that all quality standards are met. They have ISO 9001:2015 (Bureau Veritas) and NCh 2861. Of. 2004 (Bureau Veritas) certifications. They are approved by the FDA and HACCP and also have other certifications like Ifanca, Halal and Kosher. They function according to the standards set by PAC SERNAPESCA (Programa de Aseguramiento de Calidad del Servicio Nacional de Pesca y Acuicultura).

The average product is 6,000 metric tons per year. The production takes place throughout the year depending on the orders from the clients. At least 72 tons of flakes or beads can be provided for export purposes. It can be provided 15 days from the issue of production orders. The processing plans and factory operations are located in Santiago, Chile. The production process pays key attention to the refinement and deodorization of the fish oils. There is a maximum of 100 employees working in the processing plant.

POLICAP® is a trademark product developed to avoid the exudation (Leak of oils) in High Energy pellets. It uniformly coats all the surface of oil particles, sealing pores of pellets and increases their viscosity. It works as a supplementary source of Energy, avoids loss of oils, oxidation and deterioration of the colour of the pigment. SPES Chile produces and sells POLICAP® which available in flakes or in the form of beads. They are made from marine and or vegetable fractions which are specially treated and stabilized. The product is extra refined, deodorized and derived from the best quality fish oil. The product is best suited for consumption as a supplement. It allows you the buyer to monetize their investments in pellets. It also reduces the chances of any exudation and oxidation of the product. The company engages in the production only when the order is confirmed. The product can last up to 24 months from the date of production. A conventional method of production is used and samples are available on request.
