Nustakala owns its storage facility where the products are kept in a dry and clean environment without direct sunlight exposure. The warehouse where the nuts are stored is temperature-controlled. The company offers carton and box packaging of 1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 25 kg and 50 kg. Once the payment is confirmed, the consignment gets ready for shipping within 15 days. The main port used for overseas export is the Istanbul port.

Nutskala ensures the quality of its products by controlling all stages of the production, such as testing the quality of the pistachios harvested from the farm until the process of sorting and packing of the final product. The company has well-equipped labs in Iran and a certificate from Canada for import and export foods. The company is HACCP, ISO and HALAL certified.

Nutskala has an average production yield of 50 MT per year. The company uses specific species of pistachio as seeds to produce the nuts. After selecting seeds in good condition the seeds are put in water for 1 to 2 days and then put inside wet cotton bags and leave them in a humid and warm place (from 20 to 30 degree). After one week the seeds start to sprout, the company chooses strong sprouts and transfers them to their garden. At the beginning of spring, as the weather becomes warmer, sprouts start to grow and they appear on the ground. At this time the plants are very vulnerable, they protect them against some animals such as birds and rabbits. The main harvesting season is during the fall.

Nutskala offers high-quality pistachio from Iran. It has a very high kernel ratio, which means the consumer gets more edible kernels for the same amount of Iranian pistachios than any other pistachios in the world. Iranian pistachio has a high resistance to temperature fluctuations from sources such as cooking oil or an extremely hot environment. The pistachios have the following characteristics:

- Max 3.5 % semi-open

The nuts are suitable for eating raw or roasted and can even be used for food, snacks and personal pastry. The pistachios can be stored for 6 months in normal temperature and 2 years in a cold environment.
