Polproducts sourced their products from a nicely maintained field situated in North America. Their entire production is 100% free of any pesticide and any fertilizer. The prickly pear is grown in an absolute organic method. They first harvest these fruits from their sources and then those fruits arrive at their plant for further processing. Thereafter rigorous washing and cleaning they put these fruits inside industrial mixer to prepare the puree. Once the puree is prepared then they add sugar, salt, and other ingredients to enhance the taste of the puree. Then these puree goes through the process of pasteurization and packaging. They can produce around 400 to 600 MT puree/year.

It can be used in juice, smoothie, vegan ice cream, fruit preparation, jam, cocktails, nectar, and many other kinds of healthy and innovative processed food.
