Cítricos del Golfo de México stores its products within the packing house, up to the time of shipping. The tahiti limes shall be kept chilled at temperatures between 10 to 18 degrees Celsius to maintain its freshness for longer. The standard packaging is a carton box of 40 lb (18.14kg), and piled into pallets. Other packaging can be arranged upon negotiation. The main ports used for overseas export are the Martinez de la Torre, Veracruz, Mexico.

Cítricos del Golfo de México has a monthly average production volume of 320 MT from September to November and an average of 160 MT from December to August. The production is done in their farms located in Martinez de la Torre region in Mexico. The tahiti lime production method is conventional. The harvest is done manually to prevent fruit damage. After harvest the lime is processed in the packing house, where it is cleaned of leaves, branches, and debris and washed. After selection and grading, the limes are separated and packed in carton boxes, and piled into pallets.

Cítricos del Golfo de México offers sustainably sourced, premium quality fresh tahiti lime from Mexico. The tahiti lime (Citrus latifolia Tanaka) are seedless, with a bright green skin, whitish flesh, very strong citrus flavor, and very aromatic. The offer sizes range from caliber 110 to 250 in a 40lb box, which in mm ranges form 63 mm - 50 mm. The tahiti lime are high in Vitamin C, B and E, minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, copper, iron and manganese. The product offered is best suited for fresh consumption and for further processing as well. The validity of the fresh limes are 40 days if kept in ideal conditions.
