It is ensured that the storage facility has a controlled sunlight exposure, water, temperature, humidity and pests control. Palm Oil is stored in tanks at a temperature between 30°C to 35°C. The oil can be packed into Jerry Can, Plastic Bottle, Bulk In Tanker Vessel, Metal Tin, ISO Tank Container, Drum and Flexi Bag depending on the requirement of the buyer. The consignment is ready for shipment in 20 days once the order is confirmed. The delivery takes place from the port of Klang, Malaysia.

They ensure that the entire production line undergoes regular checks and inspections. All employees are expected to act professionally and ensure a premium quality product. The company pays special attention to the fractionalization process. It is ensured that the process is done cautiously which involves the physical process of cooling the oil under controlled conditions to low temperatures, followed by filtration of the crystals through membrane press. The company is certified under the Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPB) and The Palm Oil Refiners Of Malaysia (PORAM). They are also a member of the Malaysian External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE).

The projection for average yield per year is 240,000 tonnes. Production takes place all round the year in their high tech production facility located in Malaysia. The first step in processing is at the mill. The CPO – crude palm oil extracted from the palm fruit and PKO-palm kernel oil from seed or kernel at the mill. Then the Palm Kernel Oil is refined to get a wide range of palm products of specified quality. The partly and wholly processed grades require very less further treatment before use, offering end-user a saving in processing costs. The third step is the fractionation of the palm kernel oil. In this method, a simple crystallization and separation process is used to obtain Solid (Stearin) and Liquid (Olein) fractions of various melting characteristics. The fourth step is the deodorization of the oil. In this process, the odour and FFA are removed through deodorization. The olein is heated and the vapour, which also known as (PFAD) Palm Fatty Acid Distillate is removed from the Olein. This final processed Olein is known as RBD-Refined, Bleached and Deodorized Palm Olein.

Palm oil is extracted from the flesh of a palm fruit solely by cooking and pressing. It should be clearly distinguished from palm kernel oil and coconut oil because it has a lower level of saturated components with no significant content of capric and lauric. Palm oil is cholesterol-free and is readily digested, absorbed and utilized as a source of energy.

Wellcost Sdn Bhd offers RBD Palm Olein from Malaysia. The oil is procured from fresh palm fruit and kernels using conventional and non-GMO processes. They offer CP8 and CP10 variety. The CP8 variety is an extremely stable and cost-effective deep-frying oil which has a long life inside the fryer. The CP10 is a refined oil with saturate protected formula which helps to reduce the oil absorption during the process of cooking and frying. The oil is pure and yellow in colour and can be stored for at least 12 months in suitable conditions. Palm Oleins are suitable cooking oils, especially for deep fat or shallow frying. The high stability of the oil makes it exceptionally suitable for frying purposes. The oil remains in its liquid state at 20°C-25°C.
