Alwar Ventures is a family business based in Chennai with a long history of trading agro-commodities. It operates as a processor, supplier, and exporter. It manufactures mineral water, non-alcoholic beverages, fruits, and vegetable.

The company holds experience in exporting to Sri Lanka and is keen on expanding into markets in the Middle East and Africa.

The onions are packed in 5/10/20 Kg mesh bags or based on the customer’s requirement. The packed onions then placed in 40' containers. Consignments are readied promptly, in a period of 5 days. Sea freight is the preferred mode of shipment through the Port of Nhava Shiva / Mundra.

Alwar Ventures has FSSAI, ISI & PWD certifications. Special attention is paid to the grade, size and quality of the packaging of the onions. The company is also certified by the Indian Standard Institute, which is the most recognized certification in the Indian Sub-continent.

The company produces 1000 MT for export every week. The harvest season for red onions runs from January to June and then the Kharif crop from September to December. The cultivation area is located in Nasik and covers 10000 sq ft. Alwar Ventures has contracted farms for contract farming and has direct sourcing agreements with farmers and farm vendors for procuring fruits and vegetables. The company produces 1000mt for export every week.

Alwar Ventures offers red onions of size 40mm-70mm of Indian origin. The onions are whole and fresh with a FAQ grade. They suitable for human consumption and have a shelf life of 2-3 months. They are packed in mesh bags of 25kgs or as per the customer's request.
