Memphis Export has dry and chilled storage facilities. The herbs are packed in standard industrial packaging options and according to the customer’s request. Non-plastic packaging alternatives are also available. The consignment is ready for shipment two weeks after the order is confirmed. Air, Land and Sea freight are the available modes of delivery through the ports of Alexandria, Sokhna and Suez, all within 300km from the company’s facilities.

The company is able to provide 200 - 250 metric tons annually. The cultivation areas are located in South and Southern West Egypt. The main harvesting period is in April. A sustainable farming model is used for production. The company utilises conventional farming methods and utilizes machinery throughout the production process. The herb is given a non-steam, ETO PPO and Irradiation treatment. More than 1,000 workers are involved in the production process.
