Sucato Trading Costa Rica S.A. has its own modern storage facility where they store these products under controlled temperature and humidity and away from sunlight. The coconut flour is stored in bags of 10kg or 25kg. The products are packed in PE plastic bags and in accordance with the client's request. The product is ready to be shipped in 20 to 60 days from payment confirmation since it is an on-demand production system.

Sucato Trading Costa Rica S.A. uses the preventive control system to ensure its quality control. The company is also preparing for the FSSC 22000 certification, and it is already following its quality procedures on food safety.

Sucato Trading Costa Rica S.A. cultivation type is conventional and it’s made from non-GMO coconuts produced in the region of Limon region in Costa Rica in the Atlantic side. The coconuts are available around the year. The annual average production capacity of the company is 20-30 MT.

It is rich in fibers and its also gluten-free, and a great substitute for other flours. The color is creamy white, with a mild coconut flavor. The cultivation type of the coconuts is conventional. The product is best suited to be used in pastry, snack and as a raw material in food processing industry. The product can be stored for up to 1 year from its production.
