Dried cardamom is packed in 60 kg jute bags and stored in warehouses at controlled temperatures. The packaging of products is done under strict vigilance to ensure hygiene and quality and each pack is checked twice before it is dispatched. Products are delivered within 7 days from the date of receipt of confirmed order depending on harvesting, packing etc. Land, Air and Sea freight are the preferred delivery methods through the port in Cochin (Koshi).

Description
The average annual average yield of cardamom is 200 MT. The cultivation areas are located in Kerala State, India. The company follows a Sustainable Farming cultivation model using conventional methods of production. The normal cardamom harvesting season begins in October to November, however in Kerala harvesting usually starts from August to September and continues till February to March. After harvesting the cardamom capsules are dried using machine drying and sun drying methods. Sorting and grading are done based on the size and colour of the dried cardamom capsules.

Description
Cardamom is known for its small seed pods which are triangular in cross-section and spindle-shaped, with a thin, papery outer shell and small black seeds inside. The tiny, green pods of cardamom pack numerous health benefits in them. It is known to help lower blood pressure and manage blood sugar thanks to its high magnesium levels. Certain compounds in cardamom may fight cancer and stop the growth of tumours in mice. The antioxidant compounds in cardamom may help protect cells from damage and slow down and prevent inflammation in the body and cardamom may protect against digestive issues and has been shown to reduce the number and size of stomach ulcers. Kyrali offers Cardamom in 7mm and 8mm in size of Indian origin. The colour of the cardamom is a mix of dull green to mustard yellow and it has numerous oil components in the seeds which gives the product a pleasant aroma along with warm and slightly pungent taste. Cardamom is used for flavouring cakes, curries, bread and it’s also used as a masticatory and for flavouring coffee and confectionery. Samples are available on request and the shipping expense is given by the buyer.
