Soybeans are stored in warehouses of the company after cleaning and drying. They are stacked on pallets in 50 kg or 100 kg jute bags. It takes five working days for the order to be ready for shipment after it is placed. The most common way to ship overseas is road transport then marine shipping in from the Port of Mombasa.

The quality specifications can be met according to the needs of the supplier with the help of internal quality control team at the time of processing. Special attention is paid to moisture, aflatoxin levels, purity, admixture, oil content, and the acidity levels. The company has certification of Phytosanitary, Certificate of origin, SGS quality, weight and quantity, fumigation, inland transport certificate and customs authority certificate. It is also a member of trade/exporters associations.

The average yield is 3000MT per year out of which 500 MT is available directly for export. the cultivation takes place in the Nwoya District on an area of 230 acres minus the out-growers. The production process involves cleaning, drying, sorting and re-bagging the soybeans before storing them.
