They have 17K acres of farmland for the production of crops and their primary products include chilli pepper, soybeans, sesame seeds, maize, pineapple, and ginger. The company uses proprietary IoT and analytics-driven cultivation protocols and machine learning to optimize. Complete Farmer’s cultivation practices enabling the company to yield precise outputs that meet industry specifications by building commercial farms on-demand to meet market specifications. The company has experience in supplying to industrial end-users and wholesalers in China, India, Netherlands, Germany, Qatar and the UAE. Some of the notable clients include Blue Skies Ghana, Hakuna Group and Crezantium.

Complete Farmer stores the final product in warehouses in a clean, dry, cool and humid free environment. All steps are taken to ensure that the upper maintains its quality and has a stable flavour. The products are packed in boxes, sacks, crates and according to the buyer's requirements. After receiving the order consignments are ready within 3-4 months. The company prefers to deliver goods through sea freight or air freight. the preferred port of loading is the Tema Port.

Complete Farmer pays special attention to the level of chemical residues, pest and infestations, allergies and toxins. They ensure quality assurance by taking regular tests and audits which are conducted by the SGS. They follow all the state standards which are based on Global GAP and ISO standards. The company has a Global GAP certification and is a member of the Ghana Export Promotion Authority.

The main harvesting period for soybean falls between August and February. Complete farmers have farms located in Afram Plains - Eastern region, covering 2000 acres, Yapei - Northern Region, covering 16000 acres and Accra - Greater Accra Region Ghana, covering 2500 acres. The crop is cultivated in a warm and moist climate with a temperature of 15 – 32°C. The optimum temperature required for its growth and yield is 30 – 33°C. The company follows a sustainable agriculture cultivation method. They utilise mechanized farming, irrigation farming and precision agriculture as the methods of production. Once the harvesting is done, the soybeans are processed threshed and cleaned in the packhouse before storing them. There are approximately 13 workers per 1000 acres during the entire process.

Complete Farmer offers Jenguma Soybean variety which has its origins from Ghana. The Grade A quality bean is yellow in colour and fairly spherical in shape. It is a high yielding variety, field resistant to pod shattering and resistant to the Striga weed that hinders crop performance and yield. The product is suitable for industrial food processing. The product is suable for at least one year if stored under favourable conditions. Samples are available on request.
