Although harvesting begins in mid-October, the highest yield is usually reached during the December-January period. The company has adopted plantation farming techniques, such as threshing through bullock treading, manual hand-beating and foot trampling, parking, and cropping by drilling seeds in rows and occasionally by transplanting.
