Description
The final oil is stored in the collection chamber in 200-litre drums. It is also packed in 370ml jars, 700ml, jars and 1-litre retail packaging. It takes 14 working days for the order to be ready after order confirmation. The most common way to export overseas through marine shipment or air freight. The main port used for shipment is Mombasa port, Kenya.

Description

Description
The average yield per year is 60 metric tons. 18 metric tons is available for export. The highest yields take place during the sunny season. The cultivated area is located in the Kilifi county. The production and cultivation follow plantation farming and out-growers scheme. The processing technique uses the cold-pressed method. further purification is done through the centrifuge machine to get 100% pure coconut oil. The facility is made up of smallholder farmer under the out-growers scheme.

Description
Zayt Africa Limited specialises in coconut products. The company provides extra virgin coconut oil which is transparent with an almost water-like consistency. The oil has a strong coconut flavour and scent. It is an edible oil extracted from the kernel or meat of mature coconuts harvested from the coconut palm. It has a high content of saturated fat content due to which it is slow to oxidize and thus resistant to rancidification. Extra virgin oil is best suited for human consumption like cooking as well as industrial food processing as raw material, health purpose or medicinal value. Processing of the oil is done under no heat or additional additives. It can last up to lasting up to six months at 24 °C without spoiling and has a shelf life of 2 years after processing.
The cultivation is done using organic methods and procedures. Samples are available upon request.
