Deli Organic processes and packs the snacks in its storage facility located in Peru. The salted and roasted snack is packed in plastic vacuum bags and then placed in carton boxes. The storage area is away from direct sunlight and moisture in a cool and dry place. It takes 30 days for the order to ready for shipment once it is confirmed. All deliveries take place through the Callao Port.

Corns are harvested between the months of May and August in the region. Conventional methods of production are followed to process the snack. The company has it's own processing facility where the harvested corns are threshed, cleaned and processed. The main process includes roasted and salting of the corn which gives it the signature taste and flavour.
