KOSH is a LLS company with a modest goal of giving the consumer the exact taste of bioorganic produce. Description
KOSH has a sorting and packaging plant where expert staffs manually sort all the products and their professional sorting methods ensure whatever clients are getting are the best products available in the market. Snail Fillet are packed in a pack of 5 kg. 4 x 5 kg packs are placed in one box with a special protective layer. The snails are packed in 5.2 kg net packaging. Packed snails and snail’s fillets are stored sealed boxes and jars in refrigerators at the proper temperature. Each consignment takes 14 days to prepare for delivery. The common mode of freight delivery is by land.

Description
KOSH offers snail and snail fillet from the farm at Bolharka village in Razdelnyansky district and that the Ukrainian region is perfect for snail cultivation due to its close proximity with the Black Sea which creates ideal microclimates for snail growth. The usual snail harvesting period is from August to September. On the contrary, the first season of snail caviar harvesting is March to May and the second season of the snail caviar harvesting is September to November. They have a production capacity of 60 MT snail and 500 kg snail caviar.
The company prefers to follow traditional methods of cultivation in order to preserve the perfect organic delicacy of snails and that is why 12 highly trained staffs operate the plant all year and ensure each and every step of snails cultivation. Generally, cultivation starts inside summer pens in an indoor environment under watchful eyes of expert staff cultivators, and this same group of people also proceed with right from the snail and caviar harvesting to packaging procedure.

KOSH offers Grade - 1 quality fully developed, perfectly sorted Helix Aspersa Muller snails weighing 7 – 11 grams each. Apart from snails they also have delicious snail fillets rich with Mucin protein and Collagen. This fillet is especially popular because of its amazing skin and cell nourishing properties. Snails are available live and chilled for instant consumption or further processing purposes. The packaging durability is 6 months and the production method is conventional. The samples are available upon request.
