All fruits and vegetables are packed in an individual small box and then placed in a master carton. Ginger is packed in 1 kg net bag and then put in 10 kg plain corrugated master carton. The cartons are stacked and are stored in a refrigerated room under controlled temperatures. The company transports the fruits and vegetables in a cold storage vehicle to maintain the freshness and high quality. Both air freight and land freight ar the preferred modes of delivery.

Harvesting takes place around the year and the farmers follow a sustainable farming model, utilizing non-toxic processing techniques. Ginger grows well in a warm and humid climate and is cultivated from sea level to an altitude of 1500 m above sea level. The cultivation of ginger in involves land preparation, planting, manuring, mulching, irrigation and harvesting. After harvesting the ginger, the root is first cleaned, graded and sorted according to the size and then packed.

It has a pungent taste, and fragrant aroma, full of oleoresin which can be used for the production of essential oils as well. It can be stored for up to 3 months in a cool and dry place.
