The company uses a thermally isolated room at room temperature below 20 degrees and keeps their produce in 25kg PP bags. Their main delivery methods are by truck or train in containers.

In times where quality control is especially vital, Jinju Trade, which is part of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, is upholding the national quarantine and hygienic standards. The company is also utilizing a quarantine team to make sure to use certified chemicals for the growing process. Every shipment holds products that have undergone fumigation, and certificate of origin will be provided with every shipment for transparency.

Jinju Trade holds approximately 10,000-meter square of cultivation area in the Fergana region in Uzbekistan, where the weather is optimal with long sunny days. Nearly 20,000 metric tons of beans are grown annually and can be exported all-year-round. Over 50 seasonal workers are used for sustainable cultivation, and tractors are used for harvesting and fertilization. Harvesting season is from September to November, with October being the peak month. Currently, Jinju trade is testing new seeds that have the potential to increase harvest from 1-1.5 tons per hectare to 2 tons per hectare.

Jinju Trade offers high-quality green mung beans, grown organically, and with no added GMOs at a competitive price. Mainly for human consumption, the beans have a size range of 3-4 mm, which also has the option of being sorted and delivered by size. The beans are of the Uzbekistan domestic legume variety and have a durability period of up to 2 years.
