The company has 30 units of 45-ton stainless steel storage tanks plus one unit of 210-ton stainless steel storage under construction, however, the storage of each product is based on oil type, characteristics of the oil and its extraction, and temperature. The products are packed in any bulk packaging requested by the client. Sea shipment is the preferred mode of delivery and up to 500 tons of products can be readied for shipment every week.

SYNE SOL SL conducts extensive lab testing through lab analysis and samples, an average of 16 times a day throughout the entire process. Strict adherence to ONSSA quality standards is also maintained by the company.

SYNE SOL SL owns a factory covering 15 hectares in the Agafay region of Marrakech in Morocco, where the weather is very sunny and the soil very fertile. The crude olive cake is obtained by mechanical extraction and contains residual oil and stones. A further destoning process allows the olive cake to remain with no stones. The exhausted or defatted olive cake is obtained through mechanical and solvent extraction and can also be destoned to remove residual oil and stones. The olive cake is available all year round. Currently, an average annual yield of over 4 000 tons is produced.

Syne SOL SL offers olive oil cake in a range of varieties according to the specific client’s needs. The olive cake is a by-product generated during olive oil extraction and is available in crude form, and exhausted or defatted. It is commonly used in animal feed as it contains high amounts of crude fiber (220 to 350g/kg) and is beneficial in ruminants and rabbits. The olive cake has a durability of 2 years and samples are available upon request.
