The company currently exports to Australia, Middle East, Fiji, and the Pacific Islands and seeks to penetrate emerging markets in Korea, Singapore, Japan, and Hong Kong.

The company has a large onsite storage facility with a capacity of 3400 tons and products are kept frozen at -18 degrees celsius. The packaging is catered for the retail market in pouches and can also be packaged in bulk for the wholesale market using fully recyclable bags. Sea freight is the preferred mode of delivery and consignments are readied in 2 to 6 weeks depending on packaging requirements.

The company controls the supply chain from farm to factory to port, ensuring that quality standards are met. This attention to detail led to Seriously Healthy Limited being awarded the BP New Zealand Supplier Award in 2019. Over and above state quality standards, the company has attained a wide range of certification to the standards of its primary markets, the EU, and the US. These certifications include BRC AA Certification, Organic Certification for European Markets, Organic Certification for North American Markets, and AIB Certification.

The company operates a large BRC approved factory in Chile where fresh produce is received from reputable local producers and processed. The fruits are thoroughly washed and then placed in a sorting machine using layers to ensure precision and accuracy. The fruits are then placed in a spiral freezer to be frozen, which runs through a multi-head weigher and the fruits are eventually placed in pouches. The fruit is available all year round, however, peak harvesting occurs from December to February.

Seriously Healthy Limited offers IQF Blueberries, an antioxidant superfood, packed with antioxidants and phytoflavinoids, rich in potassium and vitamin C, and considered in health circles as being good for cancer and heart disease. The blueberries are prepared for consumption and packed in a range of sizes including 250g, 500g, and 1kg packs. The company offers both conventional and organically produced Blueberries and samples are available upon request.
