Goods are cooled down, frozen and cleaned in our own facility. Goods are transported only with freeze trucks. Temperatures are checked at every step.

From harvesting until cleaning and packaging every step is closely monitored. All of the history is logged down into the system where room temperatures and other information can be later checked and verified.

Sea buckthorn is gathered together with branches and leaves. After harvesting it is put into deep freezer, after which the leaves and branches are and passed on to the electronic sorter. The whole cleaning process is done in controlled environment in -10°C cold room. After sorting the goods are packaged into 25 kg paper bags.
