PT Parintis Jaya Internasional has its own two ABF storage facilities where they store their products between -30 Degree Celsius to -35 Degree Celsius and under controlled humidity. They pack their products in IVP inner carton and then pack those cartons in master carton boxes. After confirmation of the order, it takes anywhere between 12 to 15 days to prepare the shipments. The preferred mode of shipping is both air (Denpasar Airport) and sea (Bali Surabaya Port).

Description
PT Parintis Jaya Internasional has its own state of the art 1800 square meters processing plant at Pelabuhan Benoa, Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. They procure these wild fishes from the sea and check the temperature of each fish. Then they bring those fishes at their adjacent processing plant where they conduct Organoleptic testing and the gradation of these fishes. At the plant, it goes under the initial cleaning process and then put into an ice tub for freezing. Once it gets the right temperature then it goes to storage department in dry ice-filled airtight cartons after proper and final washing. That is the process of fresh Tuna processing.
At the plant, a team of highly professional staff clean and wash these fishes rigorously and from there it moves to cut department, and at this department, another team of expert staff cut these fish according to demand. The next stage is packing and the final stage is storing these packs at their own state of the art storing facility. The entire process is a manual process and to ensure the authenticity of the age-old fish cutting craft they don’t use any machinery.
They deliver fresh, frozen, and value-added fish. The company can produce up to 600 MT fish per year. The usual harvest season is February to June.

The varieties of Tuna fishes are Big Eye, Skipjack, Southern Blue Fin, and Yellow Fin. They offer Tuna is offered in numerous cuts. These different cuts including belly, cold smoke belly, cold smoke kirotoshi, cube, stake, cheek, collar, groundfish, Saku Grade A-AAA, and sushi slice. The price varies according to the cut offered of Tuna and the Swordfish. These fishes are ideal for consumption and if stored under proper conditions then these products can stay at consumable state for up to 12 months. The samples of these fishes are available upon request.
