Armeda Gida owns its storage facility where the frozen cauliflower is kept in 2.5 kg plastic bags which are placed in 15 kg carton boxes (6 bags per box) and those are stored in controlled temperature inside the state-of-the-art freezers. The freezers are kept at around -18 degrees Celsius. The consignment gets ready for shipment within 15 days from payment confirmation. The main port used for exports overseas is the Istanbul port.

Armeda Gida offers cauliflower which has passed through extensive quality assurance procedures during its harvest and freezing processing. The company also has a quality control department to assess and ensure further product quality and safety. The product is produced following the requirements stipulated by the ISO 9001.

Armeda Gida provides frozen cauliflowers cultivated in Bursa province in Turkey. The average annual available quantity is around 1000 MT. The harvest season of the cauliflower in the region is from October to December, however, the availability of the product might be around the year depending on stock. The process freezing is the Individually Quick Freezing (IQF) method, which maintains the fresh characteristics of the frozen vegetables longer.

Cauliflower is a vegetable rich in fibers, and many vitamins such as Vitamin C, K, B6, Potassium, Manganese, Magnesium, and Phosphorus which is a great source of antioxidants and it also has anti-inflammatory effects as well as aiding in boosting the immune system. The color is white, with a flavor and characteristic of cauliflowers. This conventionally cultivated product can be stored for up to 2 years from the date of packaging.
