PT Parintis Jaya Internasional has its own two ABF storage facilities where they store the fresh fish between -30 Degree Celsius to -35 Degree Celsius and controlled humidity. They pack the final cut of fish individually vacuum-packed and then place it in a temperature-controlled carton. After confirmation of the order, it takes anywhere between 12 to 15 days to prepare the shipments. The preferred mode of shipping either air through the Denpasar Airport or sea through the Bali Surabaya Port.

PT Parintis Jaya Internasional strictly maintains Grade A quality of their fishes by maintaining proper infrastructure and strict continuous audits at both internal and external levels. Their vessels are modern vessels with all the latest technologies and it helps keep fishes at exact frozen or fresh state. They are GMP, FDA, and HACCP certified company. They also have a Certificate of registration given by the FDA. The vessels are regularly inspected and checked by Ministry of Marine Affairs and the Fisheries Republic of Indonesia for its strict handling and hygiene, thus have been awarded "Certificate of Good Fish Handling Practices" for surpassing their standard. Their catching crew team was awarded the "Certificate of Proficiency of Fish Handling" by completing the training that was conducted by the Ministry of Marine Affairs and the Fisheries Republic of Indonesia.

Description
PT Parintis Jaya Internasional has its own state of the art 1800 square meters processing plant at Pelabuhan Benoa, Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. The company can produce up to 600 metric ton fish per year. The usual harvest season falls between the month of February and June. They procure wild fish from the sea and check the temperature of individual fish. The fish are brought to the adjacent processing plant where they conduct Organoleptic testing and the gradation of these fishes. At the plant, the fish undergoes the initial cleaning process and then put into an ice tub for freezing. Once it gets the right temperature then it goes to storage department in dry ice-filled airtight cartons after proper and final washing. At the plant, a team of highly professional staff clean and wash these fishes rigorously and from there it moves to cut department, and at this department, another team of expert staff cut these fish according to demand. The next stage is packing and the final stage is storing these packs at their own state of the art storing facility. The entire process is a manual process and to ensure the authenticity of the age-old fish cutting craft they don’t use any machinery. They deliver fresh, frozen, and value-added fish.
