PT. Global Fajar Indonesia uses 20/40ft containers with a controlled temperature of 5 degrees Celcius or according to the buyer's requirement. The flesh is packed in 5 to 20 kg per carton box or according to the buyer requirement. The company ensures that post-harvest, the company quickly sorts, washes, dries, and packs the products. They ensure that the container is ready within 1 - 2. days. The order is ready for shipment with 5 to 10 working days in peak season. The main port used for delivery is the Port of Tanjung Perak, East Java.

The fruit is carefully selected on the farm and then goes through another selection process in the plant. The cultivation region is located in East Java, Indonesia where 1-3 people work per hectare. Dragon fruit cultivation is very suitable for Indonesia's climatic and natural conditions. This plant grows optimally at an altitude of 0-350 meters above sea level with a rainfall of about 720 mm per year. Dragon fruit is produced with the help of light rays. Dragon fruit grows on the Hylocereus cactus, also known as the Honolulu queen, whose flowers only open at night. The fruit has high contents of fibre, iron, monounsaturated fats, Vitamin C (3 times more than carrots), minerals and the seeds contain Omega-3 fats. The fruit contains several antioxidants that protect your cells from damage. These include betalains, hydroxycinnamates, and flavonoids.
