Podcaste CO., Ltd. has its own storage freezers with controlled temperature. It is ensured that the temperature is maintained between - 18 to -20 degrees Celsius. The packing method could be customization and normally pack in the bag first without touching the paperboard. 23-25 kgs of pork meat are packed in a plastic bag and then placed in a carton box. The temperature of the slaughter process is normally under 18 degree Celsius and packing is done at a maximum of 4-degree max. The products between 3 days to 31 days once the order is confirmed. The main port used for oversea exporting is the port of Kaohsiung and Taichung which is 50~60 kilometres away from the plant.

The average production yield is 60,000 metric tons per year. The harvesting and production take place all round the year and the highest yield is recorded around the Chinese New Year and between May to September. Cultivation of pigs is done using indoor pig farming in an intensive way. The company has the capacity to slaughter 2~3000 swine per day. It is ensured that the production process and packaging passes the test for Veterinary Drug Residues in Foods and Heavy Metal.
