Snail

Packed in a special breathable bags 5-10 kg. Snails are cleaned/ emptied, dried and dormant at 6 C degrees, inserted into non-returnable boxes. The shell is hard and wrapped.

Class I (mature: with a lip formed at the edge of the shell, hard shell and white meat, in good condition, clean, purged, dry)

Snail production is carried out by contract 2023 years.
