Varieties of Egg Powder

PT. Agro Business Nusantara has a large production facility and our own trading company. They are an agricultural holding and a group of companies with a larger network of authorized sales representatives in different countries of the world. They aim to become the number one producer of shell eggs and egg products in the world. Main clients of the company are wholesalers, industrial end-consumers, large retailer and distributors. The country has experience in exporting to the European Union, the Middle East and Hong Kong. They would like to expand their exports to Korea, Japan (and other Asian countries) and Africa.

The company is ready to provide the buyer with necessary documents which are required to import depending upon the local regulations and country of destination.

The company is equipped with modern state-of-the-art cold storage facilities. The packaging is done in a blue poly bag in a carton box/paper bag, 20 kg net weight. The weight specifications followed are:

40’ FCL HQ – max 23 520 kg /1176 boxes

The product ready for shipment in 1 week once the order is confirmed. The products are shipped using sea freight from the port of Odessa.

The company has several levels of quality and safety control for its products. The standards are implemented according to HACCP requirements. The company also conducts Internal audits to verify the quality control system and External audits by independent certification authorities.

At Avis and Chornobaivske, the risk of flock disease is comparatively smaller because all input and output flows and most flock movements occur within the tightly controlled perimeter, thus minimising or fully eliminating exposure to wild birds and rodents. The modern poultry houses are airtight and use controlled ventilation to prevent contact with flying insects and airborne bacteria. The feed is also produced within the perimeter and rigorously checked for pests and contaminants. Its advanced cage housing systems fully eliminate contact with the soil while allowing more space per hen due to the use of so-called enriched cages. Furthermore, contact with humans is minimised through technology.

The manufacturer is certified according to ISO 22000: 2005, ISO 9001: 2015 and FSSC 22000, meets the requirements of Halal and is also certified for export to the European Union.

Production capacity to export about 10,000 containers per year and a total of 6 million eggs are processed per day in the production plant. The production season for eggs runs around the year but the highest yield is observed between the months October - December and March - April. The poultry farm and processing plant are located in Avis and Chornobaivske, Ukraine.

There are two large-scale and full-cycle egg farms which have a total flock size of 11.2 million laying hens and an annual production capacity of 3.5 billion shell eggs, making them one the largest egg farms in Europe. Poultry houses and farms at Avis and Chornobivske are equipped with automated feed and water supply, manure disposal and climate control systems. Automated systems for shell egg collection and transportation minimise shell egg damage and deliver eggs from poultry houses directly to egg grading and sorting facilities.

When eggs arrive at the packing station, they are being accurately administrated. MOBA eggs grading and sorting machines, installed at the facilities, inspect the shells of the eggs for irregularities, dirt spots, leakers and cracks. Spectrum analysis is used to analyse the contents of the egg for blood spots. UV disinfection on rollers and eggs significantly reduces bacterial growth on both eggs and rollers. Avis and Chornobaivske facilities are equipped with closed-circuit television cameras that enable 24/7 monitoring of critical operating processes. The software installed at our poultry houses allows for building online graphic process flows that feedback to all its key operating performance indicators, e.g. climate, light, food and water supply, number of eggs laid and egg transfer to egg sorting and packing facility, etc., all in real-time. The software operates as an early warning system proactively alerting the farms’ management of any bottlenecks or anomalies in the standard process flow.

An egg is rich in phosphorus, calcium, potassium, and contains moderate amounts of sodium. It also contains all essential trace elements including copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, selenium, and zinc, with egg yolk being the major contributor to iron and zinc supply

PT. Agro Business Nusantara offers whole egg powder, egg albumen powder and egg yolk powder made from eggs which are produced using conventional and Non-GMO method of cultivation. whole egg powder, egg albumen powder (high gel) and egg yolk powder.

Whole egg powder: Made of 100% whole egg powder by pasteurising and spray drying liquid whole egg mass. If we dissolve 100 grams powder in 300 grams of water it corresponds to 400 grams fresh whole egg which equivalent to approximately 8 shell-eggs. Depending on the client’s preferences salt or sugar can be added.

Egg albumen powder (high gel): It is made of 100% natural de-sugared, spray dried and pasteurised egg white. 100 grams of powder dissolved in 700 grams of water corresponds to 800 grams of fresh egg white which is equivalent to approximately 25 eggs.

Egg yolk powder: It is made from 100% natural pasteurised and spray dried liquid egg yolk. 100 grams of powder dissolved in 125 grams of water corresponds to approximately 225 grams of liquid egg yolk. Depending on the client’s preferences salt or sugar can be added.

The company recommends storing these products in dry, dark and well-ventilated areas. They have a shelf life of 24 months in closed packaging at 2 ̊C and the relative humidity up to 75%. The shelf life reduces to 12 months when the products are stored at 20 ̊C and the relative humidity up to 75%.

They are suitable for direct consumption and further processing. Samples are available on request.
