They work with a network of local farmers and producers in the Northern part of Nigeria for production and procurement. They are a major supplier to large food processing companies in Nigeria with a capacity of supplying up to 500 MT of all products.

The company currently has no exporting facilities for Shea Butter and have only supplied locally in Nigeria.

It is ensured that the product is not exposed to direct sunlight and moisture. the product is packed according to the customer's requirement in export bags. It takes 7 to 10 working days for the order to be ready once it is confirmed. The company prefers sea freight through the Port of Lagos

The company focuses on determining the grade of the Shea butter by checking the presence or absence of various nutrients. Grade A is the highest and best quality for cosmetics and personal industry. Grade D is the lowest grade missing most of the valuable nutrients. The company has in house experts to check and verify the quality and grade of She butter. They are a member of the Association of Northern Farmers and has a Certification of Incorporation.

The average production yield for Shea butter is 1000 tonnes and the main harvest season starts from June and goes up to August. Most shea butter products in Africa are manufactured manually without the use of chemicals or bleaching agents. The seeds are first dehulled, cleaned and dried under the sun for a day. They later dried in the oven for three hours at 50 °C to ensure that moisture content is reduced to the bare minimum. The nuts are then roasted again before grinding. After heating the nuts is ground into a paste.

This paste is mixed with an equal amount of water and boiled. The oil is then skimmed off and held in a separate container. The oil is often rewashed and boiled to remove particles and mucilage from the first stage boiling. The oil is then left to cool, the product is usually a brown oil which separates into the olien and stearin fractions. The cold press alkali hydrolysis is used as the main method to manufacture the shea butter in the facility.

Shea butter is a vegetable fat extracted from the kernel of the fruit of the shea tree (Vitellaria Paradoxa), a tree belonging to the family of Sapotaceae. The tree is the main indigenous oil producing wild plant spontaneously growing in Africa. The plant contains exceptionally rich vegetable extract contains fatty acids, phytosterol and unsaponifiable matter which stimulate the skin's natural renewal process. It contains fatty acid triglyceride and a high amount of unsaponifiable matter, which ranges from 2.5% to 15%.
