The company utilizes cold chain storage facilities that allow for the product to maintain optimum levels of temperature. The chili is moved immediately after harvesting to the chill container and kept at temperatures ranging from 2-4 degrees. The products are stored in baskets and 1 to 2 kg carton boxes and despatched for shipping within a week after an order is received. Both air freight and sea shipment delivery methods can be accommodated with Yangon utilized as the port of shipment. Consignments are readied within 3 to 5 days after receiving an order.

The company has built a solid reputation based upon reliability and a proven track record in the export market, which has led to accreditation by trade associations such as UMFCCI. The company's production consistently remains in keeping with global agricultural standards, highlighted by its GLOBAL G.A.P certification.

The company has 3 chili farms, a 200-acre farm in Magway, a 10-acre farm in Shan State and a 50-acre farm in Mandalay, and engages in contractual farming arrangements as well to produce an average annual yield of over 1,000 tonnes. Sustainable farming methods are utilized on the farm and harvesting takes place from October to December, however, the chili is available all year round. The process entails picking early in the morning and sorting later in the day. Size selection is carried out using advanced machinery to ensure precision and efficiency.

The company offers export quality chili of the East-West 692 variety, known for its thin, long shape and red and green colour. As food consumption trends continue to shift in the global market, the company has adopted environmentally friendly NON-GMO farming techniques to ensure the production of chili products that are 100% natural and rich in nutrients, with no added toxic chemicals, antibiotics or growth hormones.
