Description
The company utilizes cold chain storage facilities that allow for the product to maintain optimum levels of temperature. The chili is moved immediately after harvesting to the chill container and kept at temperatures ranging from 2-4 degrees. The products are stored in baskets and 1 to 2 kg carton boxes and despatched for shipping within a week after an order is received. Both air freight and sea shipment delivery methods can be accommodated with Yangon utilized as the port of shipment. Consignments are readied within 3 to 5 days after receiving an order.

Description
The company has 3 chili farms, a 200-acre farm in Magway, a 10-acre farm in Shan State and a 50-acre farm in Mandalay, and engages in contractual farming arrangements as well to produce an average annual yield of over 1,000 tonnes. Sustainable farming methods are utilized on the farm and harvesting takes place from October to December, however, the chili is available all year round. The process entails picking early in the morning and sorting later in the day. Size selection is carried out using advanced machinery to ensure precision and efficiency.
