They prefer sea as the preferred mode of delivery. Their preferred seaports are Santos Port (Brazil), Pireas Port (Greece), Rotterdam Port (Netherland) and Alexandria Port (Egypt).

KSY Blends pays close attention to the plants’ illnesses, lemon and lemon juice ratio, Brix in juice and above all the sizes of the lemons. In order to maintain the quality standard, they regularly observe the pictures of lemons to get an idea about the growth of the products, visiting the producers on a regular basis for further inspection. Apart from these, they also give post-delivery feedback to each producer to give them a clear idea about their production. They are a member of AIJN and follow strict AIJN standards. They have various quality certifications including BRC, ISOO and FSSC 22000 etc.

KSY Blends has 7000 acres of farm scattered in Greece, Egypt and Brazil. The harvest season is from August to December in Brazil and from January to April in Greece and Egypt. The average yield is minimum 1000MT. The company uses a cold extraction process to extract juices. They have successfully implanted a highly efficient industrial farming model by a team of 400+ skilled farmers and workers.

KSY Blends offers excellent quality Non-Frozen Concentrated (NFC) Lemon Juice. Flavouring of the product depends on the taste profile of the fruit. Colour of the product is strong and sizes are medium to big. These products are available throughout the years. That company has factories in Brazil, Egypt, Greece and they have a blending station in Holland. Their production is conventional and they practice organic farming method. Their products can sustain up to 24 months in a frozen state and at non-frozen state, its shelf life is around 6 months. Samples of products are available upon request.
