Agrosuperior has cooler houses for the raw products, warehouse for packaging materials and frozen storerooms for finished products. The finished product is packed in tote, carton boxes, plastic buckets or drums which are food safe grades. After packaging, they are stored on the pallets. The company is working on a new packaging range which allows for retail selling options. The products are ready to be shipped in 3 days from payment confirmation. The most common way of transport is by trailer. The main port used for overseas export is by Manzanillo port which is about 500 km away.

The company has an average production of 17 million lbs of IQF broccoli per year. The processing plant is in Michoacan Mexico.The harvest season for the vegetable between September and June. The production process involves planting care, irrigation and fertilization of orchards and fields, fruit cutting and transportation to their processing plant. After transportation, the sanitation process followed by cooling or freezing takes place. Finally, the goods are stored and delivered to the customer. The company monitors every step of the process carefully. The production of the IQF involves harvest, manual cutting, manual selection, boiling, cooling, mechanic selection and manual quality check, freezing and packaging.

Broccoli is enriched with carotenoids lutein, zeaxanthin, beta-carotene and other power-packed antioxidants. It contains high levels of both calcium and vitamin K, which are important for bone health and prevention of osteoporosis.

Agrosuperior offers Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) Broccoli in the florets, mini cuts and stalks form. The product has high quality and its processing ensures that food safety is maintained. The durability of the products is 24 months from production in controlled temperatures. IQF broccoli can be used for direct consumption or further preparation of food. The products are cultivated using conventional and non-GMO methods of cultivation. Samples are available upon request.
