Agricola CLEJ stores produce in cold and dry storage facilities between 2 – 4 degree Celsius temperature and humidity. They primarily packs their product in 6 kg Carton and 50 kg bags. Though they are open to provide customized packaging on the basis of customer requirements. Each consignment of fresh fig takes only 1 day and dried fig takes around 10 days to dispatch from the date of the payment confirmation. The most common mode of transportation is by air.

Agricola CLEJ has a 42,000 fig tree at Obregon of Sonora region in Mexico with an estimated production capacity of 200 MT in the year 2020, 800 MT in the year 2021, and 2000 MT in the year 2022. A team of 80 highly trained cultivators operates the entire process of cultivation and production cycle throughout the year from beginning to end by using traditional yet highly sustainable eco-friendly plantation process. The company uses a mechanical process for cropping and yielding. That region of Mexico is famous for ideal environment for Pecan nut cultivation. The harvest season is from October to May.
