Granos Agricolas has a storage area with controlled humidity of 12%, where they use kraft paper bags to pack quinoa and then store those packets before the time of the shipment. They take 20 to 30 days to prepare the shipment after the confirmation of the payment. The main port used for the overseas export is the Callao port in Peru.

Granos Agricolas follows the standard requirements stated in HACCP, USDA, BR, EU Organic to ensure the quality of its products. The main aspects of the quality of the quinoa are the humidity and purity, which are checked with constant product analysis. The company is USDA, BRC, HACCP, Halal, and EU Organic certified.

Granos Agricolas harvests the white quinoa from May to July in Peruvian Andes region. After harvest, the quinoa is sieved to remove dust and all other foreign particles, after that the quinoa goes to a process of scarification to remove saponin. The quinoa is washed and dried until it reaches a maximum of 12% of the humidity level. The average annual production of the company is 100, 000 MT.
