The quality checking process for wheat flour is usually done once a year because the government mandates every producer to undergo product sample testing in an independent third-party laboratory, but it may be done more frequently for certain shipments.

Once a year, the government requires every producer to conduct product sample testing in an independent 3rd party laboratory but when it comes to specific shipments, the supplier can provide results of tests from his own laboratory, which is how it’s usually done, and the buyer can also involve third party laboratory.
