There are a few certificates required for exporting wheat flour, such as phytosanitary, certificate of origin, certificate of quality issued by the supplier, invoice, radiology protocols, and protocols for GMO content. Countries like Cuba require radiology, isotoxin, and metal certificates.

- Phytosanitary, Certificate of origin, certificate of quality issued by the supplier, invoice

- Other additional certificates needed by the importer: radiology protocols, protocols for GMO content

- Cuba: require radiology, isotoxin, and metals certificates

- When shipments are done via pellets (usually it's not done in pellets), they also require a certificate of fumigation of the pellets
