Cassava root should meet the minimum quality requirements below:

• Weight about 300 G and above and not less than 20 cm in length
  

• Whole
  

• Firm
  

• Wholesome, not affected by rot, mold, or deterioration
  

• Free of mechanical damage and bruising
  

• Free of pests
  

• Free of abnormal external moisture
  

• Free of any foreign smell and/or taste
