More than 1,200 independent smallholders from the Musim Mas Oil Palm Smallholder Program have become the first in Indonesia to be certified under Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 38 of 2020 concerning Indonesia Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO). These smallholder plantations collectively cover more than 2,700 hectares of land, representing more than 20% of the total 12,600 hectares of ISPO certified land under the new regulations.
