Éric Thirouin, President of the AGPB and Philippe Heusèle, General Secretary, reviewed the main highlights of 2021, mentioning the trade union achievements obtained and the battles waged during this year. They shared their relative satisfaction with the orientations of the French National Strategic Plan which is currently the subject of back and forth with the European Commission. They note real progress on access to eco-schemes via the level 2 environmental certification process, the status quo on redistributive payment and even better consideration of risk management. President Thirouin recalled in this regard that he has been ardently asking the government for several months for "the Omnibus, the whole Omnibus and nothing but the omnibus". ...
