AGREEMENT Coordination Framework signed by the Secretariat of Environment and Natural Resources, through the National Water Commission, and the State of Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave, with the objective of establishing the bases for the Commission to grant federal resources to the state in the form of subsidies, under the programs of water culture, agricultural hydro-infrastructure, and drinking water, drainage, and treatment, as well as to strengthen the management and conservation of water resources through the joint execution of activities and projects for the fulfillment of the human right to water and sanitation.
