Almost 12 mln tons of Ukrainian grain were exported

1.6 million tons, or 18% less than last year’s volumes. Barley supplies to foreign markets amounted to over 1.16 million tons. The decrease compared to the same date last season is 37%. Rye was exported in the amount of 0.2 thousand tons, which is ten times less than last year’s 10.8 thousand tons. Corn was exported in the amount of 3.3 million tons, which is half the shipments of last season. Flour exports from Ukraine amounted to 25.8 thousand tons, which is 18% less than last year’s figure. For reference: in the 2024/25 MY, exports of grain and leguminous crops amounted to 40.6 million tons: wheat – 15.7 million tons; barley – 2.3 million tons; rye – 10.8 thousand tons; corn – 22 million tons; flour – 71.1 thousand tons.
