According to the department's notification, in 99% of cases, the grounds for carrying out unplanned measures of state supervision are written statements submitted by business entities about the implementation of measures of state supervision (control) at their request. Over the entire period, 293 violations were detected in connection with non-compliance with the legislation on food products, feed, animal by-products, animal health and welfare. In order to eliminate violations, 96 orders were drawn up to eliminate inconsistencies and one material was submitted to the court, the State Production and Consumer Service added.
